Staking Pool Distribution

35% of platform fees collected from borrowing, lending, and trading are allocated to a rewards pool, exclusively distributed to $YIELDX stakers. This ensures long-term stakers benefit directly from the platform's growth and activity.

Dynamic Yield Based on Staking Duration

The staking rewards follow a time-weighted system. The longer you stake, the higher the share of rewards you receive:

Short-term staking (1-3 months):

• 25-30% APR

• Suitable for users who want flexibility with moderate returns.

Medium-term staking (3-6 months):

• 40-50% APR

• Designed to attract users willing to commit for a moderate period.

Long-term staking (6-12 months):

• 70-80% APR

• A high-yield option for long-term commitment.

Boosted Governance Rights

Stakers receive boosted governance voting power. The weight of your votes increases based on the duration of staking, ensuring that long-term participants have a larger influence on key decisions.

Early Withdrawals

To encourage long-term commitment, early withdrawal incurs a 10% penalty on earned rewards, which is redistributed to the remaining stakers. Stakers can choose to unlock their tokens immediately with the penalty or after a cooldown period with no penalty.

Revenue Sharing & Sustainability

The program is designed to align with the revenue-sharing mechanism of the platform. As staking increases, more fees are collected and distributed, creating a sustainable loop where the platform grows and stakers benefit from higher rewards.

Auto-Compounding

An auto-compounding option is available, allowing stakers to automatically reinvest their rewards into their staked position. This increases their share in the staking pool over time, driving exponential growth.
